This major mixed use development includes 7 levels of offices, 9 levels of hotel accommodation and a cinema complex located over a 3 level basement car park. Cooper & Oxley were appointed to provide Early Contractor Involvement services during the design and development phase prior to the commencement of the design and construct contract.
Programme and cost savings have been achieved by the introduction of top down construction methodology which is being adopted in conjunction with the erection of a steel framed structure as an alternative to insitu post-tensioned concrete.
