Kings Square 3 (KS3) is part of a major urban renewal initiative of the State Government to bridge the existing railway and link the CBD with the cultural and entertainment precincts of Northbridge.
The building comprises a total of nine levels providing 5,675 m2 of A-Grade office space, a childcare centre of 730m2 and a gymnasium of 1,400 m2. Retail tenancies are located on the ground level, totaling 815m2. In addition to this there is a mezzanine level of 220m2, which is an extension of the ground floor restaurant tenancy. The basement level provides exclusive parking and end of trip cycle facilities.
In addition to the KS3 building there is a public open space stormwater detention tank sized to 1198m3 to be located beneath the Wellington Gardens public open space.
