Oracle is bringing international design thinking to Perth residential living. Created by award-winning architects DMG Australia, it was conceived to be both an iconic presence on the skyline and a harmonious enhancement at street level.
The striking tower, encased in sheer curtains of glass and topped with its soaring flight of blade elements, has been designed to deliver controlled natural light to virtually every internal space, exploiting its intelligent northern aspect. The tower is stepped back from the podium structure at its base, which creates a welcoming, human-scale environment at ground level. Retail spaces and podium apartments will further activate the streetscape and connect Oracle with its local neighbourhood.
