The Crown Towers Hotel, Perth will be the first 6 star hotel in Western Australia and form an unprecedented benchmark in quality in the State.
The 500 bedroom hotel development will adjoin the existing hotel and expand to the north of the site, towards the old golf course site and the new Perth Stadium adjacent to the Swan River.
The new hotel has 3 podium levels which house basement carpark, porte cochere, main entry lobby, bars, restaurants, high end retail, business and convention centre, luxury spa and gym plus all supporting and back of house spaces. The split tower is 15 and 22 stories and houses standard King and Queen bedrooms and suites on the levels 3-12, Crystal club, private gaming salons and Ultra Lounge Bar on level 14 and then luxury King, Queen, suites and Villas level 15 to 21.
The project includes significant infrastructure including roads, lakes, car parking, pool areas and landscaping.
