Queens Riverside Apartments project is for the international property development company Frasers Property and comprised the design and construction of the QII Tower on Lot 104 and the QI and Q Tower on Lot 101.
Stage 1 – QII comprised 8-levels, including group floor encompassing 107 apartments and associated common areas and plant.
Stage 2 – QI+Q comprised 8-levels and 126 apartments plus five commercial tenancies joined by an elevated walkway. QI is being constructed above an existing 2-storey basement carpark adjacent to the QII tower.
